Start with the liquid, flow and target
Name the liquid and describe any filtration, clarification or phase separation already provided. Give incoming flow and its units, feed temperature, inlet concentration and target concentrate. State the measurement basis for Brix, mass solids or other concentration data.
If one of these quantities is not yet known, identify the missing input. An initial enquiry does not require a finished process specification. Distinguishing estimated, measured and required values helps the next discussion.
Add the properties that change selection
Include particles or fibres, expected viscosity through concentration, foaming and product-temperature limits. Describe the daily production schedule, product changes and available cleaning supply.
Record the heating, cooling and electrical conditions at the intended equipment location. For TVR, state the motive-steam condition and pressure basis. Attach detailed proprietary drawings only through an agreed route after initial contact.
| Information group | Useful details |
|---|---|
| Product | Liquid, preparation, solids, viscosity and foaming |
| Concentration | Incoming flow, inlet and target concentration, measurement basis |
| Utilities | Heating, cooling, power and cleaning supply |
| Equipment scope | Inlet, concentrate receiver, layout and site responsibilities |

Separate feed, concentrate and water-removal quantities. Check the included heat-transfer sections, separators, pumps, condenser or vacuum circuit, controls and cleaning connections, plus the documentation and commissioning scope.
Compare any performance or utility commitment at the stated product and operating condition. Reported coconut water project figures are references for those installations; a new equipment proposal needs its own duty and acceptance basis.
