Define the product passage before the evaporation duty

A plate evaporator quotation can look precise while the most important question remains open: what exactly travels through the product passage? Flow, concentration and effect count matter, but they do not replace a description of the prepared liquid, its particles, its viscosity through the run and the evidence needed to clean the equipment. This note sets out the product-passage questions to settle before a duty is treated as comparable.

A plate evaporator trial should include the cleaning handoff

A trial that proves concentration but leaves cleaning undefined is an incomplete trial. The feed, the operating run, the post-run inspection and the CIP boundary all need evidence. This note describes the handoff questions to settle while the evaporator, cleaning system and plant interfaces can still be changed without improvisation.
